Even though Dr Pepper is not a Pepsi product.. It is sometimes distributed by Pepsi. So for that alone. I choose Pepsi.

If you've ever had coke and coca cola products in south africa where they dont use high fructose corn syrup and they have products they dont sell in europe or the US, there is no comparison.

Well idk about serbia, but in cali you can go to restraunts, malls, stadiums, etc... And the nicer ones usually have coke products.... This rule does not apply to fast food though.

Well, to be honest, in here, they call it all "soda" and none of it is considered a classy drink, nor is it really distinguished from each other. If you want a classy drink, you order some expensive French wine... When I first visited the States, I was left with the impression that the preference had some traditional connection with the political orientation (Democrats or Republicans) though the difference is now really hard to tell. While our country was in one piece known as Yugoslavia, we had our own brand "Cockta" ( http://www.cockta.eu/en/ ) as we had pretty much everything else of our own making. Nowadays, as Yugoslavia dissolved into minor countries with markets too small to effectively develop and promote their own brands, Cockta (short for "Cocktail") is as popular as any other brand, including Pepsi and Coca Cola. My personal preference is Pepsi MAX because, according to my taste, it closely mimics the sugar-containing original Pepsi, but contains no sugar, thus saving the teeth and exerting no "sugar shock" on the system...

I exaggerated a minor observation, its not really "classy" so to speak, rather more traditional and more likely to be found in nicer institutions (excluding fast food) in California. To each his own though, I personally find pepsi almost metallic in taste and far too sweet anyways.

I find pepsi to be a little better than Coke.. Coke seems too sweet and tastes like it has coconut in it (yuck!).. haha

But I dont drink much soda pop anyways.. But when I do.. Its gotta be Dr Pepper.

The difference in taste depends upon where the bottling plants are located.

I drink Pepsi because the Coke plant around here has a metalic flavour. The Pepsi plant has artesian water.

My Grandfather called Coca-Cola 'Communist Coke' for its iconic red label. Despite this, I love Coke. Not that Diet, Cherry, Vanilla, Zero bullshit. Regular sugar rushin' coke!! Diet is for women.

As for Pepsi, I'd wash my car with it, but I don't want to insult the sponge I'd use to wipe it off. Until then it'll go out with the baby's bathwater.

I like the Coca-Cola hecho en Mexico, cos it's got cane sugar in it rather than shitty HFCS. Otherwise, Diet Coke suffices. Diet Coke Plus, that is. Mmmhmmm! Aspartame and phenalalanine to the rescue!

I don't smoke, but I do drink coffee (lots of it, mostly geting mine from Switzerland, the best blends), and it's just a trigger to get me going in the morning... Coffee doesn't count!
